We create a custom menu to meet our clients needs, offer setup and breakdown so that you won't have to lift a finger, and for clients wanting an extra special touch, we work with local vendors to curate the perfect experience for you; Event & Decor Designers, Balloon Stylist, Cake Artisans + boutique dessert shops, Florist, etc. We offer both local & traveling personal chef services. Let us provide a friendly, professional, and delicious experience for your upcoming event by booking us for your next function! An $1,000 order minimum applies, with the exception of smaller orders placed off of the A La Carte Menu, then a $750+ Monday - Thursday, and $1,500+ on Friday - Sunday minimum applies . To ensure we provide you with the highest quality ingredients, we require a 21-day minimum notice for all requests (this requires a retainer payment within 24 hours following your finalized request). Review the menu and submit your selections to us in your initial inquiry or in a follow up message, and a quote will be provided. A consultation fee applies to all menu customization; allow up to 2 weeks for one to be provided. For last-minute, expedited requests, submit your inquiry via the contact form. We will respond to your request at our earliest convenience; response time may vary during peak & holiday seasons.
Please note: We do not cook any pork products.
A minimum 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time services are requested to confirm time allotted; unless within 21 days of event - full payment is required. The remaining balance is due 21 calendar days prior to the event date; no menu changes are allowed 21 calendar days prior to the event date. A 20% service charge applies to all orders, plus any applicable tax. Delivery starts at $50 (varies on mileage). A 5% late fee applies to all orders not paid in full by the due date specified. All unpaid invoices are subject to cancellation within 24 hours of receipt, unless an exception is granted in written communication by Soleil Kitchen. Your order is not confirmed until your retainer and/or full balance has been paid. Prices quoted are an estimate until provided with an invoice. We do not hold dates, nor begin working on your project until a retainer is paid - no exceptions.
We accept credit/debit card payments, cashier checks, corporate checks, cash and money orders. We do not accept personal checks or eChecks, nor any type of Net accounts (exp. Net15, Net30, Net45, etc). In the event a check is returned, there will be a $50 returned check fee and/or the maximum allowed by law, added onto the total amount owed.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We do our best to accommodate request made 21+ calendar days prior to your event. If your request is less than 21 days prior to your event, we cannot guarantee that we would be able to honor your request, as we have ordered all items needed to execute your experience by this time. All orders are finalized 21 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date and we are unable to make any changes after this time
We offer potential clients the opportunity to sample some our menu selections. Schedule a taste testing with us today! The cost for taste test is $30 per person, with a maximum of 4 guest in attendance, and sampling of up to 5 menu items (selection subject to availability). Payment must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in cancellation, requiring rescheduling for a new date and time. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable, as we cannot recover food costs and labor. However, in the event of an emergency, exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Normal cancellation policy applies. Our goal is to accommodate clients and exceed expectations. When inclement weather occurs, an on-time arrival is our goal, however we value the safety of our team, so delays can occur out of our control.
Our calendar fills up quickly, we recommend potential clients inquire and confirm their event at least 30 days in advance. In the event we can squeeze you in and accommodate your request, an additional fee applies. Contact us for more details!
If you have a food allergy, please notify us of the allergen immediately. While we take extreme cautions to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with, but not limited to: peanut, tree nut, milk, egg or wheat allergies; we do not cook pork. We make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. However, as we operate out of a facility that prepares products with the aforementioned ingredients, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Soleil Kitchen will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come into contact with while eating foods prepared by us. We will supply signage that provides 'contains' and/or ‘may contain’ statements. Consuming raw or under-cooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness.

The short answer is.. yes. We enjoy being a part of special moments with our clients. We only cater buffet weddings that are staffed by our team or self-served. Once in a blue moon a client proposes a fun & and unconventional theme that we are totally on board with, too! Plated is not an option for weddings, presently.
Absolutely! Our daily rate starts at $2,500 per day and does not include airfare or lodging. Contact us to discuss further.
Of course! Once you fill out the catering intake questionnaire, be sure to note what phase in your event journey you're in so we can better assist you. Depending on the complexity of your event & our current capacity, quotes can be provided as soon as 48 business hours, up to 2 weeks.
We love our menu items too! To provide you with the best quote, we'll need you to narrow down the items that pique your interest first, based on your event type. For a custom menu quote, please allow up to 2 weeks for one to be provided. A consultation fee applies.
